Our Client, a well known engineering company are looking for a service supervisor to work in their SE London office, a strong knowledge of lift maintenance is essential, looking for a self-motivated individual to help build the development of the service department and have the ability to communicate with clients, suppliers and employees.
Service Supervisor - The Role
Planning and supervising works, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently.
Supervising and organising the day-to-day activities of your engineering team.
Updating information and responding to messages using the company computer network.
Processing service reports, callout reports, client/consultant survey reports, thorough examination reports and client correspondence.
Investigating and reporting any accidents or incidents.
